In deze privacy policy leg ik uit op welke wijze ik jouw persoonsgegevens zal verwerken en welke rechten jij hebt als klant.

Ik hecht een grote waarde aan de bescherming van jouw privacy en persoonsgegevens. Deze privacyverklaring is bedoeld om jou als klant op een transparante wijze te informeren over de gegevens die ik van jou zal verzamelen. Dit in overeenstemming met de Belgische en Europese regelgeving inzake de bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer. Deze privacy policy is van toepassing op deze website en op alle relaties tussen mij en mijn (potentiële) klanten en/of zakenpartners.

Welke gegevens verzamel en gebruik ik.

Ik zal enkel deze gegevens verwerken die noodzakelijk zijn voor het uitvoeren van mijn werkzaamheden. Ik verwerk verschillende soorten van persoonsgegevens, afhankelijk van de diensten die jij afneemt bij mij en gebruikt op deze website.

Jij kan mij ook op verschillende wijzen contacteren, meer bepaald via een contactformulier, per e-mail, of via sociale media. . De door mij verzamelde gegevens zijn dan ook afhankelijk van de wijze van contactname en de gegevens die je zelf meedeelt.

Ik verwerk jouw gegevens in het kader van mijn werkzaamheden en verzamel jouw gegevens om o.a. jouw vragen, gesteld via het contactformulier of per-mail, te beantwoorden, nieuwsartikelen te verzenden, direct marketing en uiteraard om de uitvoering van de overeenkomst mogelijk te maken. Dit zijn dan ook de gegevens die noodzakelijk zijn zodat jij gebruik kan maken van mijn diensten als coach.

Het gerechtvaardigd belang als grondslag wordt verantwoord t.a.v. technische informatie en geschiedenis of logs aangezien het voor mij belangrijk is om aan de hand van deze informatie deze websites aan te passen en te verbeteren. Gelet op de gegevens die worden verzameld, is er hoe dan ook geen schending mogelijk van de grondrechten en/of fundamentele vrijheden van de gebruiker.

De toestemming die jij geeft is steeds vrij. Jij hebt te allen tijde het recht om deze toestemming in te trekken. Een intrekking van jouw toestemming heeft evenwel geen invloed op de verwerking van persoonsgegevens (i) voorafgaand aan de intrekking, (ii) op basis van elke wettige reden tot verwerking van persoonsgegevens en (iii) in geval van rechtmatig belang van de verwerking.

Direct Marketing

Ik zal jouw persoonsgegevens tevens gebruiken voor direct marketing doeleinden. Op die manier kan ik jou op de hoogte blijven houden van events of nieuwe producten/diensten. Ik doe dit uiteraard enkel met jouw toestemming. Jij kan daarnaast ook deze toestemming steeds intrekken door een mail met jouw verzoek hiertoe te zenden naar team@fastforwardamy.com of naar admin@fastforwardamy.com.

Bescherming van jouw gegevens

Ik heb de nodige technische en organisatorische maatregelen getroffen met het oog op de beveiliging van jouw persoonsgegevens tegen verlies of enige vormen van onrechtmatige verwerking. Ik doe uiteraard alle redelijke inspanningen om de vertrouwelijkheid van jouw gegevens te beschermen.

Welke gegevens geef ik door aan derden of derde landen?

Ik zal jouw persoonsgegevens niet doorgeven aan derden zonder jouw toestemming, tenzij wanneer ik daartoe verplicht zou zijn door de wet of wanneer dit noodzakelijk is voor de bedrijfsvoering.

Wat zijn jouw rechten als betrokkenen?

Als betrokkene beschik jij over diverse rechten met betrekking tot de over jouw verzamelde persoonsgegevens. Indien je beroep wenst te doen op één van de hiernavolgende rechten, gelieve mij te contacteren via de voormelde contactgegevens (per e-mail) .

Jij beschikt over de volgende rechten:

Recht van inzage en kopie;
Recht van aanpassing of rectificatie;
Recht van gegevensuitwissing (recht op vergetelheid);
Recht op beperking van verwerking;
Recht van bezwaar;
Recht op overdraagbaarheid.

Wanneer jij een verzoek tot uitoefening van jouw rechten indient, zal ik eerst en vooral jouw identiteit dienen te verifiëren. Om deze reden dien jij bij jouw aanvraag een kopie te bezorgen van jouw identiteitskaart.

De uitoefening van jouw rechten is in principe kosteloos. Wanneer jouw verzoek kennelijk ongegrond of buitensporig is, kan ik steeds redelijke vergoeding aanrekenen in het licht van de door mij gemaakte administratieve kosten. Ik kan er echter ook voor kiezen om geen gevolg te geven aan jouw verzoek. Jij wordt desgevallend steeds op de hoogte gebracht van de redenen hiervoor.

In ieder geval breng ik jou steeds uiterlijk binnen een termijn van vier weken op de hoogte van het gevolg dat aan jouw verzoek wordt gegeven.

Indien en voor zover dit zou zijn voorzien in de toepasselijke Europese en Belgische regelgeving, heb jij het recht een klacht in te dienen bij de bevoegde toezichthoudende autoriteit. In België is dit de gegevens-beschermingsautoriteit (https://www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be/)

Wijzigingen

Deze verklaring is van toepassing vanaf 01/01/2020.

Ik kan deze verklaring te allen tijde eenzijdig wijzigen. Wijzigingen zullen steeds op deze website gepubliceerd worden zodat jij te allen tijde op de hoogte blijft van de verklaring van deze website.

Bevoegdheidsbeding

I will only collect the personal data necessary for the execution of our activities. I process different kinds of personal data, depending on which service you buy or use on this website.

I process your personal data with regards to my activities and I collect your information to, amongst other things, answer the questions you have asked via contact form or email, to send you news articles, for direct marketing purposes and, of course, to be able to implement the agreement. This information is necessary for you to be able to use my services as a coach.

When you submit a request to exercise your rights, I will first and foremost need to verify your identity. For this reason, you need to add a copy of your electronic ID to your request.

The exercise of your rights is free of charge. When your request is unwarranted or excessive, I can charge you a reasonable fee for the administrative costs associated with the exercise of your rights. I can also choose to not comply with your request. In that case, you will be informed of my motivations to do so.

Regardless, I will inform you of the follow-up of your request within four weeks.

Jurisdiction Clause

This policy is governed, interpreted and executed in rule with Belgian law. In case of dispute, the case therefore falls under exclusive jurisdiction of Belgian law. The parties submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
